About this activity

You will be transported via the scenic route enjoying a TOUR & KARAOKE to Fort Montague to catch a short 20 min boat ride to Rose Island. Upon arrival at the beach, you'll be greeted by the calm nature of the property. After walking up the path way, you'll be greeted by warm clear water, inviting you to rush in. You can sit back and relax on one of our beach chairs, or enjoy a nice view of the waterfront. A pig show is held, at which time you can interact with the pigs. feed them, pet them etc. After all the fun is done, you can visit the bar for a nice cool drink, or by the shack for some good Bahamian food. Come and visit us for the best beach day ever!

Worth it!

My sister and I had so much fun on this excursion. First of all, I loved that it came with hotel pick up, very convenient. The ride to the dock and the boat ride to Rose Island were both smooth trips with beautiful views. The facility they had on the island was excellent and serene - on a beautiful beach that we had all to ourselves as a tour group. The pig experience was about 15 min and we fed them and were able to hold them - a once in a lifetime experience! The rest of the time we were able to swim, kayak, eat, and lounge. I loved the fact that there was a bar/restaurant and plenty of seating. The lunch they served was tasty as well - chicken, fish, rice, macaroni, and salad. I do wish the complementary drink was an alcoholic one (my sister bought a rum punch that was $17) - but that's really my only "complaint." Staff was also super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this!

Best experience!!

Amazing experience and lovely staff. Everyone is so helpful and kind! The pigs were so cute and you get to feed them and they absolutely go crazy for those apples. 10/10 recommend!

A fun and unique experience

Amazing experience!

What an amazing experience and excursion. It was more than we even thought it would be. The pigs were adorable and so fun to feed and swim with! The staff were all so friendly and amazing, went out of their way to make sure each person got the full experience.

Awesome experience with the best tour guide in the business!

Everything went perfect. The owner met us in his personal car. The company logo was on it. We drove to the dock. Waited for the rest. Had about 30 people in total but it didn't feel over crowded at all. Went to beautiful Rose Island, the water was beautiful turquoise shades, there's a bar on site for local drinks, a meal is included, rice, veggies, meat (no pork lol). You get one cup of apples that you feed the pigs on wood sticks. No more since they don't want to be overfed with next groups coming. Be careful, pigs are hungry and will chop on anything. About 20-30 minutes they run around you being fed, taking pictures, picking the small ones up. After that just chill and relax on the beach or the pier or the bar, take pictures, lounge, After that 30 minute boat ride back with scenic views and bus ride to your pickup point. Shout out to my man Jungle, the owner that privately picked us up. Because we had some time left over before getting back on cruise, and made friends with Jungle, he gave us a small mini tour. We visited queens staircase, rum distillery, organic tea and sauce shop, got some magnets away from tourist trap cruise port. All in an hour. We booked the tour late night the day before. Jungle was very responsive early in the morning. We walked to the wrong pickup location only a few blocks away but he was close and picked up on my phone call right away and we met up without a hitch. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend. Just be nice. Again a huge thanks to Jungle who gave us a great experience for the short time we had due to cruise time.
